PTA Current Students
This section contains information for students who have been accepted into the Murray State College PTA Program 2nd year. The "technical" part of the program begins with acceptance into the program in the spring of the 1st year. The "full time" portion of the technical year is the the 2nd year of the program and students take PTA specific courses and complete clinical education components of the program.
This document contains program information, policies, and procedures applicable to the Class of 2025.
This form is to be completed whenever a student misses class for any reason. The completed form is to be emailed to instructor within one week of missed class or at a time determined by instructor.
This form is to be completed by any PTA student who scores below a 73% on a unit exam. The student is required to review the exam and confirm understanding as well as enhance opportunity for success on future exams. The completed form should be turned in when the exam is reviewed.
Your medical provider may use their own form or similiar format or they can use this form.
