Adisha Chapman

Regent Chapman lives in Ardmore, Oklahoma, with her husband, Scott, and their two children. She received her bachelor’s degree in letters from The University of Oklahoma.

A member of a multi-generational ranching family, Chapman recently retired as a GED instructor for the Ardmore Family Literacy program. She also co-owns Concentric Consultants, LLC, an oil consulting company.

Chapman was first appointed to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education in 2012 by Governor Mary Fallin and was reappointed in 2019 by Governor Kevin Stitt. She was reappointed by Governor Kevin Stitt again in 2026, continuing her service to higher education in Oklahoma.
