The Murray State College Athletics Program offers women's & men's basketball, women's & men's golf, women's & men's soccer, softball & baseball. 

The MSC basketball teams compete in Region 2 - Division 1 of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).  The MSC golf, softball, and baseball teams compete in Region 2 - Division II of the NJCAA. The MSC soccer teams compete in Region 2-Division III.

Murray State College freshmen catcher Sydnee Hinkle has been named NJCAA Division II 2nd Team All-American. Hinkle is one of only 32 young women in the nation awarded NJCAA Division II All-American honors.

Murray State College Alumnus John Hayes Drafted by Detroit Tigers

Murray State College alumnus John Hayes has been drafted by the Detroit Tigers. Hayes was drafted in round 25 (745th overall) of the 2016 Major League Baseball First-Year Players Draft.

MSC Men Finish in Top 10 at National Golf Tournament

The Murray State College men’s golf team finished seventh at the NJCAA Division II National Tournament at Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth, Ind.

Six MSC Softball Players Named All-America Scholar Athletes

Six players from the Murray State College softball program have been named All-America Scholar Athletes by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA). These players were required to obtain a 3.5 GPA for the entire academic year to be eligible for this honor.
