The Aggies tied it up in the 3rd, but Kilgore was able to manage one more run in the 7th inning. In the bottom of the seventh Bryanne Knox (sophomore) made a diving attempt to steal home on a pass ball to tie the game, but was just shy of the plate ending in a nail biting 4-3 victory for Kilgore College with a 4-3 win. MSC pitching in game two was split between freshmen Stephanie McKee and Allie Saunders.

The Aggies softball team next plays at home on Saturday, September 27th at 1:00 versus Mid-American Christian University.
