Murray State College Soccer Players Sign with Texas A&M Texarkana
Murray State College Soccer players Kyle Wisnewski and Vinsent Nestorov committed to Texas A&M in Texarkana to play soccer next fall.
Wisnewski came to Murray State College from Hamilton, New Zealand and is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in business management. After graduation from Texas A&M he plans to stay in the game by coaching or managing soccer in America or New Zealand.
Wisnewski said, “I will miss the Murray State staff, students, and community who have made me feel so welcome since day one. They all made my time here very enjoyable, which made adapting to life in southern Oklahoma much easier. Though I will miss MSC, I look forward to meeting new people in Texarkana and competing in the Red River Athletic Conference!”
Nestorov joined the Aggies from Sofia, Bulgaria and is studying business administration.
Nestorov said, “I will miss the people and the environment here. The Murray faculty and staff are very helpful and always try to find a way to suit everyone's needs. I look forward to meeting people, new challenges, and a change in the environment. I am very excited about the move to earn my bachelor's degree and continue my soccer career.”
Upon graduation from Texas A&M in Texarkana, he plans to find a professional position in the business world.
MSC Soccer Coach Chris Wright said, “Both players will be missed on and off the field. Kyle has tremendous technical abilities and is great for a pass. He has been a strong leader for our group during his time at MSC and we will miss his character and energy. Vinsent is the hardest working player on our squad and is a great example on the field and in the classroom. He is the kind of player who would walk through a brick wall for any of this teammates.”
