MSC Men's Soccer Player Signs with WWU

TISHOMINGO, Okla. (February 23, 2016) - MSC Soccer player Joshua Clark has signed a letter of intent to further his soccer career at William Woods University (WWU) in Fulton, Mo.

Before arriving at Murray State College, Clark played soccer at the high school and club levels in Cambridge, New Zealand. The Aggie right back started and played in every game for the Aggies and served as captain his first year and co-captain his second year on the MSC squad.

When asked what he enjoyed the most about being part of the MSC soccer program, Clark said, “Being part of something new and captaining the first MSC soccer team has been an awesome experience.”

Clark says he will miss the people he has met at MSC but is looking forward to the opportunity of continuing his soccer career with William Woods.

MSC Men’s Soccer Coach Shane Ross said, “Joshua Clark has been an outstanding student athlete. His passion for the game has exceeded expectations and will be greatly appreciated at his next venture.”

Clark plans to receive his bachelor’s degree at WWU in health and wellness in order to pursue a career coaching soccer in the United States.
