Aggie Softball Drops Two to Seminole State


The Murray State College softball team dropped two games to the Seminole State College Trojans on the road on Saturday, April 9.

The first game of the afternoon ended in a 6-7 loss for the Aggies. Murray State recorded more hits than the Trojans, but were unable to come up with the runs for the win. Freshman Bailey Tolliver recorded the only home run for MSC. Freshman Audrey Simson pitched four innings for the Aggies and struck out two batters.

MSC fell to Seminole State 0-8 in the second game of the afternoon. Freshman Kayla Mitchell threw four innings for the Aggies and struck out one batter.

Murray State College will play Western Oklahoma State College at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. in Altus, Okla. on Thursday, April 14.
